The Islamic Failure Series – Episode 73 – If Allah himself is unjust, how can Islam be a religion of peace and justice?

Islam brought justice is another annoying sentence we hear from apologetic Muslims, and we find loads of westerners and other people who never had a close look at Islam parroting it. Of course people will troll and say that this Hadith doesn’t represent Islam, and it is false, and Hadith has been used against Islam and the true word of Allah. I might accept Muslims refuting Hadith, but this means that if you want to ditch Hadith then you are also ditching Sunnah and the Islamic Sharia sources! The 5 daily prayers, just to name one, isn’t even mentioned in Quran, it is mentioned in the Hadith. So if a Muslim tells you that he doesn’t believe in Hadith, yet he/she prays 5 times a day, then simply tell him that he/she is hypocrite.

Here is what Sahih Muslim narrated (grade: Sahih)

Chapter: The Acceptance Of The Repentance Of The One Who Kills, Even If He Has Killed A Great Deal

Abu Burda reported Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) as saying:

There would come people amongst the Muslims on the Day of Resurrection with as heavy sins as a mountain, and Allah would forgive them and He would place in their stead the Jews and the Christians. (As far as I think), Abu Raub said: I do not know as to who is in doubt. Abu Burda said: I narrated it to ‘Umar b. ‘Abd al-‘Aziz, whereupon he said: Was it your father who narrated it to you from Allah’s Apostle (ﷺ)? I said: Yes.

باب قَبُولِ تَوْبَةِ الْقَاتِلِ وَإِنْ كَثُرَ قَتْلُهُ

About Mike

Hello, I am an atheist because of reason and personal experience. I am a father of THREE lovely living kids and two dead embryos, married to a lovely Christian Catholic devoted woman. Yes, black and white can coexist as long as there is respect and love, which is something abstracted from any belief or religion. I do not claim absolute truth and not 100% sure that a God does not exist somewhere out there. The scientific method is what I use to connect to reality. If there is something I don't understand, then it is because i don't understand, not because god exists. In case you haven't noticed, I am a native Arab, and English is my third language (yes there is second language). I like reading the Bible and the Quran and the critics of both of them. I also love watching documentaries especially astronomy, cosmology, Quantum Physics, and new discoveries in science in general, and Physics in particular.
